Northproject has commenced construction supervision for the new FABRIKA project in Riga

We have commenced construction supervision for a large-scale project at 2 Valmieras Street, Riga, where the new multi-functional quarter, FABRIKA, is being developed on the historical grounds of the former Riga Dairy (Rīgas Piensaimnieks).

Construction works have already begun on-site, and demolition is currently underway. The future quarter will serve as a spacious center for retail, services, sports, healthcare, offices, catering, and leisure. The total leasable area of the project is planned to be approximately 20,000 m², while total investments will reach nearly 45 million euros.

This is a technically complex project that combines new construction with the preservation and reconstruction of historical buildings, making the control of all construction processes particularly essential.
