Help the client formulate the design task. Select the appropriate designers, organize the signing of the design contract
Perform calculations of potential construction costs at various stages of project development, Evaluation of project solutions – functionality, economy, energy efficiency, etc.
Control of the design schedule, adequacy and mutual compliance of the developed drawings
Contractor selection - organization and evaluation of construction tenders. Organization of the contracting process with construction contractors
Construction schedule control, quality control on the construction site, control of completed work, cash flow control
Management and implementation of changes proposed by the client
Coordination of the facility's commissioning. Help the customer start operating the facility
Conduct an inspection of the facility during the warranty period, identifying defects, their causes, and coordinating their elimination
