CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL SUPERVISION

SIA Northproject performs construction supervision in accordance with the current legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia.

Control of the volume and quality of construction works performed in accordance with the project documentation and regulatory documents, which includes control of the compliance of the materials and equipment used with the project and existing regulatory documents, as well as control of compliance with the technological processes of construction works. Acceptance of the work performed in accordance with the construction project and the requirements of the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia, which includes control of the construction executive documentation.

In order to avoid the detection of facts of poor-quality work, we offer to take preventive measures before starting construction works. For example, carefully review the technological descriptions of the work, the materials to be used, quality criteria and tolerances, methods and volumes of inspections to be performed. Before starting work, meet with the performers of individual works to discuss the criteria described above.
