Supervision of the design process, consulting the client on the constructive and other solutions of the building. Technical-economic calculation. Provision of consultations on the concept of building materials and technologies to be used in the construction of buildings for Row and Apartment Buildings: a) Identification of possible building materials and technology alternatives to be used in the time period to fit into the design work schedule and the planned construction period; b) Technical assessment of the identified alternatives; c) Economic comparison of alternatives for two building types (Row and Apartment Buildings). Contract execution period June 2007 to April 2008.
